Our goal at Taylor Financial Group, LLC is to decrease our clients’ taxes as much as possible in retirement in order to build wealth during their lifetime (and for generations to come).

Taylor Financial Group, LLC is an independent wealth management firm located in Franklin Lakes, NJ that specializes in serving affluent women and their families, high net worth families, and small business owners. We have more than twenty years of experience in wealth management and use our diverse tax and legal background to provide objective, comprehensive, and unique financial solutions to all of our clients.

Because we serve less than 100 families, every client has a personal relationship with our team and they are all special to us. Our lead wealth advisor and founder, Debra Taylor, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by training and has thus been able to uniquely prioritize retirement and tax planning in her practice over the last twenty years.

We use this experience to build customized tax-efficient retirement plans that can help decrease tax bills in retirement and help our clients keep more money in their pockets.

Based on her tax training, Debbie is experienced in taxes and retirement planning. She has published many articles in this area for other financial professionals, she is often quoted in national publications, and she speaks frequently to industry groups on the “dos and don’ts” of retirement and tax planning.

SMART retirement and tax planning services help to reduce your taxes in retirement while extending the life of your nest egg. Depending on the stage of retirement that you are in (pre-retirement, early retirement, middle retirement, or late retirement), there are different tax strategies that we can use to help you make the most of your money. In short, to be SMART, you need a customized retirement and tax plan.

Is Taylor Financial Group a Fiduciary?

At Taylor Financial Group, we have been acting as fiduciaries for over 20 years. 

 

Fiduciaries may be legally obligated to place the client’s interest ahead of their own in certain instances.  Fiduciaries are also expected to act more transparently by disclosing their fees and how they are compensated, among other things.

We have and will always serve our clients with their best interests at heart.  In fact, our founder, Debbie Taylor, and our entire team, have committed to the Fiduciary Principles created by the Committee For the Fiduciary Standard, as a promise and constant reminder to our clients that we will always do what’s right for you.
